Guests will have access to the entire property, garage and fenced yard included, with the exception of the two locked owner's closets (one is located in the primary bedroom and one is located on the lower level).

FAQ

  • Yes, this is our personal vacation home, which we rent out while we travel. We love welcoming respectful guests to enjoy our sanctuary. The home is furnished with high-quality furnishings and sentimental decor pieces. Please treat this home as you would your own, be respectful of our property, and inform us immediately of any damage.

  • Well-behaved dogs are permitted on a case-by-case basis. There is a $350 non-refundable fee per dog (up to two allowed under 40 lbs). Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us before booking so that a payment request can be sent through the Airbnb Resolution Center.

  • We welcome families with children of all ages, but please note the home is not childproof. Children must be supervised at all times and should never be left unattended (without adult supervision) inside or outside of the home.

  • Yes, quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. The city of Charlotte has a strict noise ordinance in place, and violations may result in fines or termination of the rental.

    Neighbors pay close attention to the rules and will report any misconduct, so please be quiet and courteous at all times. There are non-recording noise sensors inside and outside of the home that monitor decibel levels (they do not record audio or video).

    Guests will not be refunded if they violate the noise ordinance and are asked to leave. Guests may also be responsible for any fines imposed on the host by code enforcement as a result of the violation.

  • Yes, the home has a gas fireplace and fire pit. Please do not leave them unattended at any time. The gas fireplace in the family room is operable only from November through February and is not in use during the hotter months.

  • Yes, to maintain the quality and integrity of our newly built home, we offer a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Additionally, the minimum age to rent this home is 26.
